FREE SERVICES PRIOR TO LISTING

  • First call/meeting we will LISTEN to your goals, objectives and expectations
  • Provide a Comprehensive Market Analysis (CMA)
  • Discuss current market conditions 
  • Achieve an understanding of your homes value 
  • Discuss our professional fees to list and sell your property
  • Discuss what to offer a buyer’s agent should they bring the buyer
  • Share resources for contractors, home staging tips, etc. to get your home SHOW READY

AFTER LISTING AGREEMENT EXECUTION

  • Free consultation for what is needed in the home prior to Professional Photography, such as staging, decluttering, furniture removal, walls painted, thorough cleaning, repair anything broken, replace bulbs, pressure wash the home and driveway/sidewalk and freshen up the flower beds, Etc.
  • Free home décor staging of 3 rooms for vacant properties
  • Free Professional Photography which is included in our professional fees so NO EXTRA COST.  Professional photography on listings increases online views.  Agent will attend this session.
  • Free Professional For Sale Sign to be placed in the front yard
  • Free electronic box for controlled showings access 

LISTING LIVE ON THE MULTIPLE LISTINGS SERVICE (MLS)

  • MLS uploads of the photography, disclosures, HOA information, property details, etc.
  • Publish listing on the MLS 
  • Listing syndicated to popular home search websites
  • Publish ads on social media sites for maximum exposure
  • Open House Campaign and Events as allowed
  • Postcards to the neighbors announcing the new listing
  • Metric evaluations and Campaign Adjustments
  • Agent feedback reports from buyer tours
  • Bi-weekly updates or more frequent if necessary on how the listing is doing.

FOLLOW UP

  • Provide contact information for utility companies, contractors, home warranty providers, homeowners associations, and other service providers
  • Attend the closing to ensure your interests are protected
  • Available after the sale for years to come for any questions you may have
