Debbie began her real estate career in 2017, bringing with her a solid professional foundation from the environmental industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Georgia State University and spent years as a Client Manager, developing the organization, communication, and problem-solving skills that now define her real estate practice. Known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and highly communicative, Debbie is committed to making every transaction smooth and transparent—whether she is guiding sellers through pricing and negotiations or advocating for buyers to secure the right home at the right value.

Today, Debbie works with buyers, sellers, investors, and small business owners across both residential and commercial real estate throughout the Space Coast and Central Florida. She holds a leadership role with Saint Stephen’s Way, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing and supportive services for families who have experienced homelessness. Debbie leads fundraising and community awareness efforts, driven by a belief that stable housing is foundational. Whether helping a client buy or sell a home or supporting families on their journey to long-term stability, her work is rooted in service, advocacy, and impact. When she’s not working, Debbie enjoys boating with her husband Fred, spending time with friends at local restaurants and community events, and watching her daughter Olivia thrive as she begins her own career after college. Their household includes a sweet Chiweenie named Tito, a cat named Nacho, and their newest addition—Tucker, a mini dachshund who keeps everyone on their toes. Debbie often says that moving to Satellite Beach was one of the best decisions her family ever made, strengthening their roots, friendships, and commitment to the Space Coast community.
